Join -- Defending our Future

Defending our future is not just a matter of what our governments do – it requires individual action by engaged citizens, who work together to have an impact. People who are committed to having an impact will be more agile and more focused on making a difference. By contrast, our larger apparatuses for good reason are often cautious. But this makes them less suitable for being focused on where one needs to be.

There are already groups on social media that often collaborate. But that is not sustained engagement that often is needed. Engaging with us here is an alternative, impact-focused approach.

How else to explain this? "Effective Engagement" might to defend the future might be a good term. What we are doing is pretty similar to "Effective Altruism" but with a focus on fighting against the new feudal overlords. That is also helping those in need, but with a focus on winning against oppression, rather than poverty.
